Morning Rituals for Blue Sky Days!

blue

As the CEO of Blue Sky Luxury Travels, my days are filled with phone calls, meetings, research, and travel planning, as I lead my team in creating extraordinary experiences for clients. I’ve found that it’s very important to get the day off to a great start. During this COVID-19 crisis, I have been staying positive by working on building my business and sticking to my healthy routine, including morning rituals.

My morning ritual is the most important thing I do every day. I know many people want to partake in these practices, but don’t know where to start. I find when I share my morning routine, people immediately gravitate towards it, so……here is what works for me.

Guided Meditation

15 minute guided meditation by Deepak Chopra
It’s easy to access, simply download his 21 Day Meditation Experience app…it’s purple with a white flower. My favorites are “Gratitude & Grace”, “Creating Abundance” and “Destiny & Desire”

Tony Robbins Priming Video

If I only have 10-15 minutes in my morning, then I simply do the Priming video. It’s life-changing.

Yoga

I practice yoga each morning, no matter where I am in the world. Yoga helps me stay relaxed, supple and centered so I can tackle each day with grace.

I hope these practices change your life the way they have changed mine. This month, I have added something new to my morning routine, a Facebook LIVE! I am going LIVE on my personal Facebook profile each morning. I share ideas for coping, travel advice and tips, and more. Join me! https://www.facebook.com/shanna.dickerson.31
