Baraka Point is an exclusive villa estate that is rented to one family or group at a time. This means guests can enjoy total privacy and exclusive use of all the facilities and amenities at Baraka Point.
The Estate
Nestled in two acres of tropical gardens on a private headland, the 12,000 sq ft villa’s copper-peaked pavilions accommodate a total of 16 guests in five ocean view suites plus a sixth principal master suite overlooking the beach.
Direct Flights from Miami
American Airlines is going to be extending the runway at Tortola Beef Island airport. This means that direct flights from Miami into the BVI will be offered for the first time beginning in the summer of 2023.
Dining
Chef Tommy is Baraka Point’s resident chef! He prepares all of your meals while the dedicated service team delivers a true fine dining experience. Choose from family-style dishes, multi-course gourmet tasting menus, or tapas platters. All the food at Baraka Point is homemade daily, including breads, cookies and an assortment of flavors of ice cream and sorbets.
Spa & Wellness
Baraka Point offers a shaded alfresco gym fitted with a rowing machine, AssaultBike, TRX, HIIT battle ropes, weight stack and more. Guests have a complimentary membership to the Nail Bay Sports Club, which features an air-conditioned gym, tennis and squash courts. Enjoy a complimentary Ocean Wave Yoga session or guided meditation on the Horizon Deck with the in-house yoga instructor.
Spa Services including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures are all available with Baraka Point’s spa therapist for an additional cost.
Things to do on Baraka Point
- Guided snorkel tour of the spectacular house reef teeming with turtles and tropical fish

- Scuba dive pristine sites such as Coral Gardens, the Wreck of the Rhone and the Indians
Family fun and safety
Children will be entertained with a full range of activities like tubing and waterskiing with Blue Rush Watersports, arts & crafts, treasure hunts and building sandcastles.
Kids’ comfort and safety are taken very seriously with infant swim chairs, floaties, arm bands and flutter boards all provided. The pool has a designated shallow end that’s fully visible from the surrounding terraces. High chairs and Pack N Plays are available for babies and toddlers. Car seats and cribs can be rented, and nanny services are available for an extra charge.
Rates
Rates begin at $26,500 per week for up to three suites in low season and go up to $43,500 per week for six suites in high season. There is an additional 25% tax.
