Many villa owners have created new rules that prohibit having the reception and after-party events at the villa. For example, only people staying overnight at the villa can be there. So if it’s a 7-bedroom villa, you can have 14 guests. This won’t be a problem if you have a small wedding!
Also, in low season (about May 1-mid December) there is a five night minimum and high season (Jan 2-end of April) has a seven night minimum. Outside noise must be monitored and usually cannot go past 10pm.

At Picture Point, you are able to rent the entire complex. The rooftop deck on The Tower Villa makes the perfect location for a ceremony. How special to exchange your vows on the highest point of St John with 360 degree views of the surrounding islands!
The area can accommodate seating for 30 guests and can be followed up with a poolside reception. This can include cocktails by the pool, a dinner (seated or buffet) in the al fresco dining area and a dance floor and DJ booth.
Historic Charm at Estate Lindholm
Situated about a 10-minute walk from downtown Cruz Bay, the adult-only Estate Lindholm offers boutique accommodations on the site of a lovely, 18th-century Dutch estate. The lush, green landscaping and remnants of the original buildings provide a feeling of elegance, seclusion, and historic charm. All 16 homey, island-style rooms can be rented for your wedding party! Each room has free Wi-Fi, mini-fridges, microwaves, and private balconies.
Large Wedding Venues at Gallows Point
This resort is well suited for large weddings! Gallows has two lovely venues to choose from with water/sunset views and both can accommodate up to 120 people. Booking a group of 5 or more rooms requires a five night minimum stay and all event catering is provided by their onsite restaurant, Ocean 362.
Full-Service Weddings at The Windmill Bar
The Windmill has a beautiful location for the wedding ceremony and reception. Lodging is not on-site, but their wedding team is full-service. If you’d like, they will coordinate transportation, lodging, excursions, hair and makeup, the rehearsal dinner, marriage license + officiant, flowers, photography, food including wedding cake, and entertainment.
