How To Arrive 

Fly into North Eleuthera airport (ELH), then take a short 5-minute land taxi to a 10-minute private water taxi ride. In calm seas the water taxi will drop you off at the villa’s private dock. If weather and seas are rougher, then you arrive to the main dock in town and take golf carts to the villa.  

Six Elegant Bedrooms

The Estate’s 6 bedrooms are decorated to embody the ‘Global Traveller Vibe’-where the allure of IPE floors meets the elegance of mahogany windows and doors. This synergy of elements creates an atmosphere that effortlessly conjures a worldly sophistication, echoing the tales of far-flung adventures and cultural fusion.

Unique Amenities: 

Distinctive amenities which include a private beach, boat dock and the iconic Pink Gazebo are the Estate’s claim to fame. The Pink Gazebo is revered as Harbour Island’s paramount spot overlooking the water and guaranteeing the most stunning sunset views the island has to offer. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or indulging in the serenity of twilight.

Enchanting and Whimsical Features 

Thousands of miniature lights meticulously adorn the property, casting a mesmerizing glow that envelops both the home and the garden. An ingenious bridge, crafted to evoke the sensation of walking on water, stands as a whimsical addition to the property. On site, private chef services can be arranged for dining in your favorite verandas, terraces, and gazebos. The Estate also has multiple bars, one equipped with a full kitchen and impressive music system.

January 10th to Feb 28th
• $12,000 Housekeeping only
• $16,000 Full service

March 1st to March 31st
• $20,000 Housekeeping only
• $40,000 Full service ‘PLUS’ includes all food and beverage*

April 1st to December 15th
• $12,000 Housekeeping only
• $16,000 Full service

December 16th to January 9th
• $20,000 Housekeeping only
• $40,000 Full service ‘PLUS’ includes food and beverage

All Prices are subject to Tax @ 10%
Explanation of Rates:

Housekeeping only includes housekeeping staff / daily housekeeping/ laundry service – property manager – gardener / yards man.

Full Service includes housekeeping etc. as above and also, chef(s), wait
staff and helpers, bartender (Butler). Includes two meals a day – food and
beverage is charged as an extra cost and will be deducted from the prepaid
F&B deposit (usually an initial deposit of $25,000 is payable).
