Located south of 30A in Seaside Proper, On the Beach #18 boasts a great location just one minute bike ride away from the Seaside Town Center with lots of shopping and dining options, including the famous Seaside food trucks. The beach cottage is also less than one minute walk away from two private Seaside beach accesses. Access to all Seaside beach entrances is included with your reservation.

On the Beach #18 comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests in 3 bedroom suites, all with their own ensuite bath. The primary king suite is located on the first level west wing for privacy. The second guest suite has 3 custom built-in bunks plus a king size bed. Both the primary king suite and the guest suite have access to a screened-in porch. A second king suite is located on the second floor.

The living area features a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, built-in cabinets and floor-to-ceiling windows that create an open and airy atmosphere. The living area extends onto the covered porch with amazing Gulf and sunset views.

The galley kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, Keurig coffee maker, KitchenAid dishwasher and a wine refrigerator. The unique dining table with iron base and reclaimed pine tabletop seats 6 guests, while the breakfast bar seats 4.

After spending a day on the beach, the home features a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off. Two off-street parking spaces are provided. Park your car and enjoy a short walk to the beach and town square.
