Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.

Dedicated parking for 2 vehicles. You will likely not need to get in your car until it's time to leave! Overflow parking available along 30A on a first come, first serve basis, but we do not recommend you count on these spaces if your stay is during a busy season.

Access to all Seaside community pools and Seaside Fitness Center included with your reservation. Pools heated during cooler months. Dates and times subject to change per the HOA schedule.
