Rotunda Villa is a five-bedroom hillside estate on St. John with panoramic views of Trunk Bay. Perched on a hilltop overlooking Peter Bay, Rotunda is a beautiful five-bedroom villa offering classic Caribbean charm, as well as convenient access to Trunk Bay. A series of arched windows open to the villa’s warm interior, which features mahogany furnishings and travertine floors. The spacious living area has a plush sofa and cushioned armchairs to relax in. A few steps are leading up into the gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances and features granite countertops and gorgeous mahogany cabinetry. There is an attached dining room as well.

The five bedroom suites all have an en-suite bathroom, a flatscreen TV and air-conditioning. The master suite is located on the upper level of the main house and has a king bed, a walk-in shower and a private terrace. The second bedroom suite is also on the upper level and has the same amenities as the master, but with a queen bed. The third bedroom suite in the main house is an upper level apartment that can be accessed from the parking area. It has a king bed that can be turned into two twin Xl's. Two more bedrooms are situated in the guest house. One king is located in the lower bedroom of the guest house, and a queen is located in the upper bedroom of the guest house. Both bedrooms have indoor and outdoor showers, exterior access and their own private floors.
