Pre-Arrival Logistics for St. John
Before your trip, we will help you with all the logistics. This includes booking car rentals, contacting Land Lubber for grocery provisions, and arranging transportation to and from the island.
The rate for private land + water transportation from St. Thomas Airport to St. John is around $200 per person (roundtrip) plus gratuity (4 person minimum).

Welcome to St. John: Arrival and Relaxation

Welcome dinner 
A private land taxi will be waiting for you at the airport to transport you to Red Hook, where the captain of the private water taxi will bring you to St. John. When you arrive, the fridge will already be fully stocked by Land Lubber. No need to go to the grocery store! In-villa chef services provide for an easy 1st night with no cooking or clean up required. During apps & drinks at sunset a local steel pan player will play unique Caribbean sounds.

Relaxation and Massage Day on St. John

Relaxation 
Enjoy your villa! Take in the beautiful ocean views and relax in the pool. Mid-afternoon, massage therapists will arrive to help everyone unwind with an in-villa massage. Maho Beach  
Maho Beach provides excellent snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking with the turtles! You can find gear rentals and a bar + small food truck at the beach. We also recommend stopping by Sam & Jacks and packing a cooler with their excellent sandwiches (highly recommend the Uncle Peep sandwich), homemade chips, cookies, etc. They also have a large array of pre-cooked meals so if you don’t want to do a chef, this is a great option!

Coral Bay Exploration

Coral Bay  
Hike our favorite trail Ram Head. It’s on the other side of the island called Coral Bay. We recommend bringing a day bag and after hiking, take a swim to cool off at Salt Pond. It’s gorgeous! After this, it’s fun to stop in at Skinny Legs (a STJ staple) for lunch. They also have the cutest store!

Your Choice: Beach, Hike, or Shopping

Your choice  

Option 1: If you want another beach day with snorkeling, we love Trunk Bay. It’s one of the most photographed beaches in the world so it’s more touristy, but it’s worth it! There is an underwater snorkel trail that’s fun to see. Other amenities include restrooms, showers, rental chairs, snorkel gear, food, and drinks.

Option 2: If you wanted to do another hike, Lind Point Trail is another favorite. This hike is a loop that passes various beaches and has a great lookout to Cruz Beach.

Option 3: St. John has some GREAT shopping! Check out Mongoose Junction and Wharfside Village

Departure from St. John

Departure 

Enjoy your last sunrise from the villa.
Depart via private land and water taxis. If your flight is later in the day and your villa can’t provide a late checkout, the water taxi company can hold your luggage on the St. Thomas side. They can also provide a private taxi so you can explore St. Thomas.

Vision Beach embodies contemporary coastal glamour, its pleasures unfolding as you proceed through the airy great room and out onto the terrace, past the sunken firepit and across the pool to the powdery sands of Grace Bay Beach.

There is plenty of entertainment with a full bar, covered outdoor dining area and pool table, sun deck in the sand dunes, hot tub integrated into the pool and kayaks available.

The full staff includes a chef, butler, and daily housekeeping to ensure an entirely relaxing experience.

Step Inside…

At the heart of Vision Beach is the gorgeous open plan living area, with a gourmet kitchen, a dining area, and inviting seating that merges with the outdoor recreational spaces. The separate prep kitchen is tucked away for the chef’s work.

Four bedrooms are on the first floor to ensure easy access. Two are principal suites with king size beds, beach/ocean views, and luxurious bathrooms. The other two are family rooms that each sleep four with custom bunk beds arranged over queen or king size beds.

Upstairs, is a sensational primary suite with gorgeous hardwood floors and ceilings, indoor and outdoor showers, and a private balcony.

Indoor facilities include a fully equipped gym with a Peloton bike, a massage room and a media room with a games table.

Exclusive Villa AWA with Modern Design (12 Guests)

Villa AWA is a triumph of indoor-outdoor design, with fully pocketing glass doors that open to sweeping views of Grace Bay beach.

The lava stone-tiled negative edge pool is the focal point of the exterior space. One side with armchairs and a hot tub shaded by cocount palms invites daytime relaxation while the sunken fireside seating on the other side is perfect for after dinner drinks.

There are multiple shaded dining and lounging areas including a beach deck lined with sun beds and hammocks screened by swaying palms.

Step Inside….

Villa AWA features six bedrooms with ultra-modern ensuite bathrooms. The upper-level features one principal suite with a king size bed, outdoor shower and a private terrace. There are also three guest suites, each with two queen size beds and sea view balconies. A second principal suite and a further guest suite are situated on the lower level.

The six uniquely designed suites are separated with their own lush garden entrance, and all have private decks or terraces to enjoy views of the stunning Caribbean Sea.

The pool has a designated shallow end that’s fully visible from the surrounding terraces. High chairs and Pack N Plays are available for babies and toddlers. Car seats and cribs can be rented, and nanny services are available for an extra charge. The private chef also caters to the choosiest of palates.

Rates begin at $26,500 per week for up to three suites in low season and go up to $43,500 per week for six suites in high season.

Virgin Limited Edition is offering the Blue Sky Inner Circle very discounted rates to stay on Necker Island for five nights from February 5-10, 2024.

Usually renting the island costs over $100,000 per night, but we have the opportunity to rent just The Great House. The other half of Necker may be rented to another group, but the island is 74 acres so it’s plenty big enough to entertain both groups while still enjoying a private island experience.

The cost per suite is $6,600 per night (includes up to 2 people). There is one master suite available which costs $10,200 per night.

• Roundtrip transfers from Beef Island Airport to Necker (it’s about a 45 min boat ride) or we can arrange a helicopter charter from the airport to Necker Island

Travel Options to Necker Island:

Option 1: Fly into San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) then take a commercial or private flight to Beef Island Airport (EIS) Tortola BVI.

Option 2: Fly into St. Thomas, USVI (STT). From here you have two options. You can take a flight to Beef Island Airport (EIS) Tortola BVI or you can take a private boat charter to arrive at Beef Island.

Option 3: Fly direct from Miami to Tortola BVI

With all of these options, Necker will pick you up from Tortola and provide the 45-minute boat ride to the island. We are happy to book any private boat charter or private flights for you.

Option 4 (no boat ride needed): Once you land on St. Thomas USVI, we can book you a private helicopter from St. Thomas USVI direct to Necker Island. Travel time is about 15-20 minutes. There will be a stop (TBD) to clear customs in the BVI.

The CliffHouse is a 12,000 square foot luxury Caribbean villa offering upscale accommodations for parties of up to 8 guests. It is located in the exclusive gated community of Peter Bay and has private access to Peter Bay Beach, one of the best snorkeling and swimming beaches on St. John.

The villa has four bedrooms (three kings and one room with two queen beds). Each bedroom has a large en suite bathroom and there is an extra half bathroom off of the kitchen.
