King's View: 8 Bedroom Luxury Beachfront Villa on the South End of Harbour Island

King's View is a sprawling eight-bedroom Bahamian luxury villa situated on the south end of Harbour Island. The oceanfront villa encompasses 6,500 square feet of indoor living space and 2,000 square feet outside, with access to its own private beach, private 100-foot dock, a plunge pool and a 25 m lap pool.

Built as a “labour of love” by its owners, every detail was meticulously thought out in this newly built home. King's View features Bahamian-style architecture with shiplapped walls throughout as well as beautiful Cypress ceilings.

Upon entering King’s View you are met with a beautiful courtyard with swinging day beds, Bevolo lanterns from New Orleans and a turtle pond. This oasis leads directly into the Great Room with a gourmet kitchen complete with a gas Wolf range, pot filler, Waterstone faucet and so much more. Also located on the main floor are four bedrooms, including the spectacular master suite, which boasts a private outdoor shower, master balcony and panoramic ocean views. King's View's upper level features three more en-suite bedrooms that all lead out onto a balcony with ocean views. The villa's lowest level opens up to the private beach and the 25 meter lap pool. Also on this level is one more bedroom with an en-suite bath and stunning ocean views. King's View also has a recreation room with table tennis, a full-size mahogany Brunswick pool table and a well-equipped gym with everything you need, including a Peloton bike.

The enclosed palm tree filled garden is the perfect place to enjoy unparalleled privacy and seclusion. The private dock is equipped with 50amp and 30amp service, together with R/O water. It can accommodate boats with drafts up to 4".
