La Palmeraie: Nine Bedroom Luxury Villa on Harbour Island

Situated on Harbour Island in the Bahamas, La Palmeraie is a 9 bedroom luxury villa with a stunning oceanfront location. Accommodating a total of 18 guests, La Palmeraie boasts an expansive open design floorplan and elegant interiors. The nine bedrooms are spread out between three floors. Six of the bedrooms are located in the main house, and two are in a separate apartment with its own living room, kitchen and dining area.

The master suite is the only bedroom on the third floor. The suite has a full balcony and beautiful ocean views. Down the hall from the master suite is the home office. Bedrooms 1 through 4 are all located on the first floor, and bedrooms 5 through 8 are on the ground floor. Bedrooms 7 and 8 are located in an additional apartment at the front of the villa. These two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom and have their own living room with a kitchen and dining area. The apartment also has two private entry doors.

The villa’s fully-equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a large island, double sub-zero refrigerator, a baker’s wall oven and a breakfast bar. There are two sitting areas and a dining room with seating for 14. Indoor amenities include a fully-equipped gym, a home theater and a private spa with sauna and steam room.

Enjoy lazy days on the outdoor terrace, which features an extra-long lap pool that is heated. Around the pool are sun loungers, umbrellas and swinging chairs. On the private beach, which is just a few steps away, you’ll find loungers, a private cabana, three hammocks and an outdoor shower. A nearby oceanfront tiki hut shades a table for 6, which can be expanded to dining for 18. It is equipped with a cooking grill, refrigerator and sink, ideal to enjoy a delicious al-fresco dinner with friends and family.
