All villas have satellite TVs, a Kaleidescape entertainment library and Crestron control system, as well as high-speed Internet and iPads.

Meridian House: If you arrive by plane you can't miss the Meridian House. As you approach the island you will be impressed by its central hilltop location. From here you will enjoy dramatic panoramic views all around. There are four suites, and the villa can accommodate up to eight guests.

West Sands: Just steps from Whale Bone Beach, this villa features four luxury bedrooms and welcome groups of up to eight guests. Enjoy private alfresco dining, lounging, a fire pit and a hot tub.

East Cove: From its elevated position looking out over the Exuma Sound, East Cove welcome groups of up to eight guests. It features a master suite, guest suite and two bedrooms with Hollywood bathroom.

South Point: The villa is located on the southern tip of the island. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The shallow waters fronting the villa are teeming with aquatic life, and from the villa you have spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. The villa also includes a game room to entertain children and grown-ups alike.
