Cape Stout: Eight Suite Luxury Estate on Moskito Island

Situated on the edge of a cliff on the north shore of Moskito Island, Cape Stout is built in the spirit of a hillside town. It is a highly private and self-contained luxury estate, featuring seven bedroom suites that comfortably sleep 14 guests at double occupancy. A spacious beach barn sleeps an additional 10 guests.

Cape Stout offers incredible amenities, including four pools, three hot tubs and two ponds. One of the pools is an infinity lap pool. The estate's two primary suites, Clifftop and the Nest, each boast a private pool. The Canal Bar and Cliff Suites have in-room direct access to the infinity pool that meanders through the estate. The water runs through the main pavilion with cargo netting overhead to relax.

Guests also enjoy access to a full gym with top-of-the-line Peloton equipment, a half basketball court, a yoga deck and an outdoor theater. There is a loft bar with a record player and 250 vinyl records, making for an interesting after dinner retreat. A private path leads down to the secluded Honeymoon Beach, where bonfires compliment magnificent sunsets. The estate comes with exclusive access to a 42-foot Boston Whaler Outrage boat with a private captain. A variety of watersports are available, including paddle boards, water skis, E-foils and more.

The estate's Headquarters serves as a central gathering space, featuring exquisite dining areas, comfortable lounges and a poolside bar. World-class private Chef Dhani caters to your culinary desires in the full catering kitchen adjacent to an open-concept guest kitchen. Guests can choose between indoor and outdoor family dining areas, each offering a unique ambiance for your meals. Cape Stout Accommodations

The Clifftop Suite is one of the primary bedroom suites at Cape Stout. Overlooking the ocean, it features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and a well-equipped wet bar. A relaxing lounge has a TV, sound system, remote blackout blinds and air-conditioning. The furnished terrace offers loungers, an outdoor rain shower and a private garden with a plunge pool and hot tub.

The Nest Suite is the second primary bedroom suite, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub or dual shower area with hand-picked tiles and amenities. The suite also has spectacular island and sea views. There is a fully equipped wet bar, and outdoors is a furnished terrace with a private plunge pool, a rain shower and an adjacent yoga deck.

The Cliffside Suite has a king bed an ensuite bathroom. There is a small desk area with a TV and a small library of exquisite books. The suite also has a wet bar, an expansive private furnished terrace and a large outdoor shower. Just outside the front door you can step into the infinity pool that connects with the rest of the estate.

The Surf Suite features a king bed and a contemporary ensuite bathroom. There's a lounge area with a TV and a wet bar. The expansive private furnished terrace offers an outdoor living space with a large outdoor shower, providing a refreshing escape from the day's adventures.

The Flybridge Suite features a king bed and a modern ensuite bathroom. Relax in the lounge complete with a TV and wet bar. Step outside onto the private furnished terrace, which also features a large outdoor shower.

The Salt and Sand Suites both have a king bed and sleek ensuite bathroom. These suites each have lofted living rooms with an additional sofa bed. Both also feature private furnished terraces with outdoor showers.

The Beach Barn is an oversized two-level space, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests in three queen beds and two double beds. There are two bathrooms for added convenience. The Beach Barn features a spacious lounge area with a large screen TV, a PlayStation and a sound system and is located adjacent to the gym. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a close location to the ballcourt, the Beach Barn offers both comfort and entertainment and is also perfectly suited for children.
