The Point: Eight Suite Luxury Estate on Moskito Island

Situated on a cliffside on Moskito Island's south side, the Point is a spectacular tropical island retreat, featuring a prime location on the island with reef break views and direct access to Manchioneel Beach. Eight private suites sleep 16 guests and there is a bunk room that sleeps an additional 8 guests.

At the heart of the estate sits the Great Room, which is encircled by an expansive 180-foot long infinity pool, complete with a spacious wading area, a swim-up bar, comfortable sun loungers and couches and loads of games, making it the ideal gathering place for your family and friends.

The Hilltop primary suite is located at the highest point of the estate. It features a large living area, daybed, wet bar and a cozy reading nook. The ensuite bathroom has indoor and outdoor jungle showers and a private hot tub overlooking Virgin Gorda nearby. The suite spans two levels, with a wraparound terrace and a Balinese spiral staircase that leads to the living room, offering a bird's-eye view of the island.

The Seaside suite is the second primary suite, located just steps away from the ocean and offers beautiful views of the beach. The ensuite bathroom boasts and outdoor shower amidst a private garden complete with a hammock and a captivating 'loo with a view'. The terrace has a plush daybed and a private path leading to the beach.

The Lime Tree suite features large bifold windows that open to scenic Virgin Gorda and sunrise views. The suite has a stocked wet bar, an ensuite bathroom, a covered terrace with outdoor seating and an indoor lounge with a large L-shaped sofa.

The two Manchioneel and two Anguilla suites each sleep two guests. Each room offers an ensuite bathroom and king beds that can convert into twins. The east suite includes a unique private alfresco tub for sunset views overlooking the water. The suites share the living room with a large sofa, an ice machine and a wet bar.

Perched above Manchioneel Beach and situated under the pool, the Ocean View suite is a unique private space with skylights that cast rippling beams of light from the water above. Adjacent to the Bunk Room by a connecting, lockable door, this suite features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, a lounge area with a wraparound sofa and wet bar. Outside is a furnished terrace that offers island and reef views with direct access to the trail leading to the beach below.

Just steps from Manchioneel Beach, the Bunk Room sleeps an additional 8 guests in four bunk beds and is ideal for children. It is equipped with toys and games and features two ensuite bathrooms. Outside, a furnished terrace area offers sea views and an indoor/outdoor bathroom with a rain shower. A door connecting the Bunk Room to the Ocean View suite provides an option for families or larger groups.
