Encompassing 5,807 square feet of living area, the villa easily accommodates up to twelve guests. You’ll be welcomed by the grand atrium entry with floating steps leading to the Great Room. The common living area includes a full kitchen, dining area, sitting room, office and walk-out patio, all of which feature a sleek, contemporary design with dark wood finishes, white marble accents and floor-to-ceiling windows.

There are two master bedrooms that each have a king size bed, large walk-in closets, outdoor showers and flat-screen TVs. The other four guest bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom as well. The Beach House is completed with its gorgeous outdoor terrace and large swimming pool, ample lounging areas and over-sized covered dining table.

Located directly on the beautiful white sand beach of Oil Nut Bay, The Beach House is also close to the Beach Club and Resort Center and Beach Club restaurant. It is just a short golf cart ride away from Marina Village, home to the Nova Restaurant, a library, a games room and a boutique shop and provisioning market. Many other restaurants are also in the area that can be reached via the resort’s water taxi.
