The Village: Nine Suite Luxury Estate on Moskito Island

Situated on a cliff overlooking Moskito Island's west shore, The Village is a fabulous oceanfront estate, offering a spectacular setting for life's unforgettable celebrations. Nine private suites sleep 18 guests at double occupancy and up to 24 guests with the use of the high-quality sofa beds available in three of the suites.

Located just a short stroll away from the Main Pavilion, the Primary Suite is nestled on the outermost edge of the estate and accommodates two guests. The suite features a 360-degree wraparound terrace and doors that open completely to the outdoors. The bedroom has a concealed-in-floor smart TV and is adjoined by a private study. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, a walk-in closet and a tub that fills from the ceiling. The living room has built-in speakers, a mini fridge and a wine fridge. On the second level is a hideaway, equipped with a smart TV, comfortable couches, a wet bar, an espresso machine and terrace seating.

Three Lookout suites each sleep up to two guests. All of them feature king four-poster beds, ensuite bathrooms, wet bars and living areas. One of the suites has a unique sliding window, revealing a chic tub.

Two Hideout suites are tucked away within the main building's lower level and offer direct access to the pool grotto. Each suite sleeps two guests and features a king four-poster bed, ensuite bathroom, wet bar and a private terrace overlooking the ocean.

Three Treetop suites are ideal for families, accommodating up to 4 guests. These guest houses each feature a king four-poster bed and a lounge sofa that opens into a double bed. Island-style ensuite bathrooms include double vanities and a shower that lends way to a private terrace with sun beds. The suites have doors that open fully to the outdoors.

The Main Pavilion offers a great place to come together to socialize and entertain, featuring a custom-engineered cinema, a striking LED-lit staircase, bar and social areas, as well as Meyer speakers, dynamic lighting and a DJ booth for a vibrant club atmosphere. With five distinct indoor and outdoor dining spaces, including BBQ setups and a clay pizza oven terrace, the culinary options at The Village are as varied as one's palette. From the open kitchen dining experience to the chef-inspired produce sourced from the on-property garden, every meal is served with personalization and fresh flavors. Private chef-curated menus accommodate all dietary preferences and ensure all guests have an unforgettable food experience.

The Village offers amazing water features that include a large two-tiered infinity pool surrounding a pool bar. A sunken, cushioned fire pit within the pool provides a spot for socializing. A water slide leads to a deep pool and grotto. Another unique feature is a crow's nest with a cushioned stargazing deck alongside a Japanese wooden hot tub. Guests at the Village also have the opportunity to explore Moskito Island using the estate's Moke fleet or enjoy the on-property gym equipped with a Peloton tread and bike.
