The villa offers an infinity edge swimming pool, a sauna, a gym room and a floating dock with moorings. It is also equipped with an elevator, and one of the bedrooms was designed for guests with disabilities. The villa is fully staffed with maids and a manager, acting also as a concierge who speaks 3 different languages (English, German and Croatian).
