The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and features a butler's pantry and bar stool seating for 5 guests. The dining table provides seating for 10 guests, and a custom breakfast nook has additional seating. Also located on this floor is a guest bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a half bathroom, a laundry room with two washers and dryers and a screened-in porch with views of the private pool and fire pit.

The second floor is where most of the bedrooms are located. The first bedroom has a king size bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a balcony overlooking the nature preserve and pool. The next bedroom is the master suite, which features a king bed, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in steam shower and a sitting nook. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, each with king size beds and private bathrooms. A second laundry room is located on this floor as well.

The third floor offers a custom-built bunk room that's great for kids. There are two twin single beds, one king single and two twin beds over a king bed. There is a full bathroom on this floor and a beverage station with a cooler and ice maker.
