On the first floor is a guest bedroom with private bathroom, a media room with an oversized couch and another full bathroom. This floor offers direct access to the private pool and outdoor space, including a grill, seating area and shared beach walk-over that leads to the beach.

On the second floor you'll find the main living area, as well as a balcony with a table for alfresco dining. The kitchen offers additional barstool seating and is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances. There is a guest bedroom with private bathroom on this floor as well.

The master suite is located on the third floor and features a private balcony to enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a garden tub, as well as dual vanity sinks. There's an additional guest bedroom on this floor with a queen over queen bunk bed and a full pull-out trundle bed. The guest bedroom also has a private bathroom.
