The estate consists of two large villas and annexes, built in a contemporary West Indies style and all connected by wooden walkways. There are a total of 13 bedrooms. The architecture is complemented with stylish and comfortable furnishings, whimsical antiques and a touch of Ralph Lauren. The buildings are air-conditioned throughout, and there is US Satellite TV service.

The first compound’s main house includes a kitchen and an adjacent outside dining room that overlooks a beautiful swimming pool. The indoor living spaces include a mezzanine furnished for TV viewing. There are two first-floor master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with a bath and separate shower. Downstairs, two bunk rooms (a set of bunks and a single bed in each) have en-suite bathrooms.
