Seacove Villa: Five Bedroom Luxury Villa Overlooking Peter Bay

Overlooking St. John’s Peter Bay, Seacove Villa is a wonderful vacation home, surrounded by lush landscaping, including citrus, papaya, lime, banana, coconut palms and a garden waterfall. The main villa is an architectural masterpiece and features coral stone floors, carved coral pillars and archways set against an artistic counterpoint of native bluebit stone walls that have been inlaid with seashells from around the world.

On the main level, the Great Room offers an airy atmosphere, with high ceilings, custom hand-carved cypress furniture and plush sofas. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with a chef’s gas cooktop, double ovens and Caphalon cookware. French doors open to the villa’s upper terrace, which overlooks the Caribbean Sea. Right next to the Great Room is the air-conditioned media room and library, featuring hand-crafted woodwork, a large-screen TV, books, movies, music and a wet bar.

Seacove’s spacious King master suite has a separate office, complete with an Internet-ready computer and fax machine. The en-suite his-and-hers bathroom completes this suite.
Stairs lead to the villa’s lower level and to its second living area, which is equipped with a large-screen TV, mini fridge and wet bar. This area opens out to a covered terrace and heated swimming pool inlaid with tile turtles. The second and third bedrooms and baths are located on opposite sides of the pool terrace.

A separate structure, the two-story Gatehouse, is situated across the courtyard. Each level has a Queen bedroom/bath suite. The lower suite offers a small kitchen, and the upper suite has two scenic balconies. All of Seacove’s bedrooms are air-conditioned and fully screened.
