Villa La Playa is an ultra-luxury beachfront villa located directly on the white sands of Peter Bay Beach, the most exclusive address on St. John. Villa La Playa is a brand new luxury villa currently under construction and is now accepting reservations for stays beginning May 1st.

Villa La Playa enjoys one of the most coveted beachfront locations on St. John, positioned at the secluded end of Peter Bay Beach with uninterrupted views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands. This extremely private setting places guests directly on the sand, with swimming and snorkeling – often alongside sea turtles – just steps from the villa.

The villa spans approximately 5,000 square feet of interior space with an additional 3,000 square feet outdoors, thoughtfully designed to highlight its extraordinary surroundings. A grand open-air courtyard entrance leads into elegant yet relaxed living areas featuring coralstone floors, marble countertops, and seamless transitions to the outdoors.

Four master king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath and ocean views, comfortably accommodate up to eight adults. An adjoining nursery room makes the villa well suited for families, while the layout balances convenience and privacy with one suite on the main level and three upstairs.
