The estate is perched about 80 feet from the rocky shoreline, so breezes are constant and views of the BVI are stunning. Due to the rocks below you can hear the waves crashing all day and night. In the morning there are beautiful sunrise views over St. John and the BVI. Currently the living room does not have AC, but by this fall it will be added. All bedrooms, kitchen, and indoor dining room pods have AC. It's a short 5 minute drive to Magens Bay beach. The villa also has a SkeeterVac machine that kills 98% of mosquitos and runs on propane and is 100% safe.
