The property has over 200 feet of beach front, with its own artificial reef and natural areas for snorkeling. Keep an eye out for Pete and Patricia, two pelicans, who seem to have made their home here. The villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with native species, including lignum vitae (wood of life). Other outdoor amenities include a stainless steel pool with waterfalls, an area for beach tennis, volleyball and a hammock grove, where you can sit and relax. The villa is also stocked with kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, so you can explore the coastline.

Silver Sands features three master bedrooms, two with ocean views and balconies overlooking the beach, and one with garden views.
