Villa AWA is a Turks and Caicos luxury villa situated right on beautiful Grace Bay. It is a truly unique contemporary jewel blending European luxury with outstanding warmth. Six bedroom suites accommodate up to twelve guests. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. One of the master suites features a rain shower, and the other has an alfresco shower. All of the four suites on the second floor offer amazing ocean views.

A volcanic rock entrance pond on one side of the main living area is balanced by an infinity edge pool on the other. These beautiful water features act in harmony with the trade winds to cool the indoor living areas. Outside, you will find a beachside deck fringed with palm trees, in-pool loungers, hammocks, a sunken fireside sitting area, a hot tub, as well as ample alfresco dining and lounging spaces.

To enjoy a day on the water, kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear are provided. In the evening, enjoy the sunset light from the pool deck, relax in the media room watching a movie, or play a board game with family and friends.
